RENTAL pOLICY
At GRAI, we take great care to provide you with high-quality clothing items in excellent condition. We want your rental experience to be enjoyable and worry-free. However, accidents can happen, and we have established this Damage and Repair Policy to address such situations:
1. Reporting Damage:
• Upon receiving your rental item, please inspect it thoroughly.
• If you notice any pre-existing damage or issues, report them to us immediately.
• If you accidentally damage an item during your rental period, please inform us promptly.
2. Normal Wear and Tear:
• We understand that normal wear and tear can occur during the rental period.
• We do not charge for minor wear and tear resulting from reasonable use.
3. Damage Assessment:
• Our team will assess the reported damage to determine if it falls under normal wear and tear or requires repair.
• If the damage is beyond normal wear and tear, we will provide an estimate for repair costs.
4. Repair Costs:
• Repair costs will vary depending on the extent of damage and the item’s value.
• We will charge your provided payment method for the repair cost.
5. Lost or Irreparable Items:
• If an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be responsible for the item’s full retail value, as specified in your rental agreement.
6. Cleaning Fees:
• We provide professional cleaning between rentals.
• However, if an item is returned excessively soiled or stained beyond normal cleaning, you may be charged a cleaning fee.
7. Late Fee:
• Plans are based on 7 DAY RENTALS.
8. Rentals are due 7 days from the date of the initial rental
• Extensions are allowed, if discussed prior 24 hours prior to return due date.
9. Late Fees:
• A $25 late fee per day will be charged for the inital rental, in addition to a $15 late fee per
un-renturned garment.
• We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and transparently.

3. No-Show or Late Cancellation:
• Failure to notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling within the specified notice period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• If you cancel or reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
• In the case of exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
